ABOUT America’s Best Dance Crew

Randy Jackson Presents: America's Best Dance Crew concluded its sixth season on Sunday, June 5th. The “Season of the Superstars” came to an end as fans watched IaMmE dominate the stage with a show stopping performance to take home the title of “America’s Next Best Dance Crew.”  This season IaMmE battled it out against ten of the fiercest dance crews in the nation, showcasing their edgy and innovative moves as they faced the challenge of incorporating a new artist each week. IaMmE joins past dance crew champions including - JabbaWockeeZ, Super Cr3w, Quest Crew, We Are Heroes and Poreotix.

For the first time ever, season six featured each episode themed to a popular celebrity artist. Special guest appearances included Ke$ha, Black Eyed Peas, Katy Perry and Justin Bieber, and themed episodes will be inspired by the hottest names in music including Rihanna, Lil Wayne and more!

Mario Lopez returned as the host of the new Dance Crew season as did judges JC Chasez and Lil Mama. Joining the judging panel was Quest Crew's Dominic "D-Trix" Sandoval, and together they critiqued each week's performances in their search for America's Best Dance Crew.

In the first season, JabbaWockeeZ worked the crowd every week with their synchronized moves and signature masks, and were the first to claim the coveted title of America's Best Dance Crew and the $100,000 cash prize. The second time around, it was Super Cr3w who stole the show and all of the ABDC glory. Season three was dominated by Quest Crew and all of their masterful performances. During season four, We Are Heroes walked away as the first all-female group to win the title. And last season was ruled by Poreotix and their robotic style.
